CMH Art & Design helps businesses create and build their brand identity. China Harris, the designer, is experienced and knowledgable in the art and design field, with a degree in Fine Art. Services include, but are not limited to logos, flyers, websites, illustrations, social media, and videos. CMH Art & Design also offers digital design classes, which give an understanding to various design skills and techniques. 


CMH Art & Design reserves the right to add completed designs and projects to online portfolios, watermarks on all completed graphics, and a website credit to the footer of a client's website. A completed design is owned by the client when all payment is received. Design concepts that are not chosen have the right to be used elsewhere by CMH Art & Design. Design concepts that are used by the client, but not paid for will be in violation of CMH Art & Design's rights.


All prices are in USD currency. If you are not located in the United States and want to know how much a price will convert to in different currency, please check out Google's Currency Converter. All payment for designs must be made digitally via an online payment service. Cash payments for design work is not accepted. A paper trail  is necessary in order to maintain accurate records for all design work that has been purchased. A design that is needed must be confirmed by the client and the designer before any payment is submitted.


CMH Art & Design prices vary. The price of one design, or project may or may not be the same price of another. The set price depends on the concept's complexity. All CMH Art & Design classes are final purchase, and may not be exchanged for other classes. The class that is selected and purchased is the one that will be distributed to the student. The class will only be sent once to the buyer who has made the purchase. Each class contains its own individual fee. However, there is a design class bundle deal available. Please visit the Deal$ page for additional information. Custom design classes may also be requested. All E-books are final purchase. After purchasing, the buyer will receive a digital copy via email, unless the e-book is being pre-ordered. E-books will only be sent once to the buyer who has made the purchase. CMH Art & Design's work is created using a professional design program in order to execute all graphics that are distributed. All graphics are high quality in order to achieve a refined look. Clients may request free-style designs or projects. However, free-style designs or projects are created based on the aesthetic choices of the designer, not the client's. Designs can not be switched out for different or new designs. All designs that are purchased are final, no refunds will be provided after payment has been made.


The client will be allowed two complementary edits of their existing design or project after completion. These edits can not be transferred to another design or project in the future, and may only be used on the current design or project that has been completed. Any edits that are still needed after the first two will require an additional editing fee. Fees for additional edits are to be paid before any new changes are made on the client's current design. Edits will be made before any final files are released to the client. Free-styled designs will be allowed one minor edit due to the nature of the design or project, unless there is an error on the designer's end.


Each design or project will have a different turnaround time. It is determined by the complexity of the graphics being created, and the designer's schedule. The more complex, the longer the turnaround time will be. Times will be extended if revisions are needed, or if necessary text or photo information is not sent in a timely fashion. The client may pay a rush fee for quicker production.


The designer will deliver all completed designs and projects in either of the following file formats: JPEG, PNG or PDF. Design files will only be sent once to the client. A client returning to the designer for new or replacement files after a design or project is complete will require additional fees. The native program file may be requested, but will require an additional fee that is three times the total in order to be released, as it contains all of the layers/information about the design process, as well as how the design was constructed. 


Once  the client approves their design and receives final files everything is FINAL. There will be no backtracking whatsoever.  No more edits or revisions will be made, even if the client did not utilize all of their free edits that were offered prior to finalization. Any text or photo information that needs editing after a design or project is finalized will require additional fees in order to make adjustments and corrections. 


Clients will be expected to communicate, provide accurate and timely information, as well as feedback to the designer. The client should be clear about the vision they have for their design or project that is being created, unless a free-styled design is requested. Clients are also responsible for providing any photos that they would like used for their design. Providing any reference photos or sketches is helpful, but may not be necessary in some cases. Stock photos will be used if no photos are provided, or if this is the client's preference. In regards to finished work, the designer is not responsible for producing high quality design work with low quality photos that are provided by the client. 


Any missing text or photo information sent after the design or project has been started will result in the turnaround time being further extended. The designer is not responsible for any absent text or photo information that the client did not initially include via text message or email correspondence prior to the start date. The designer is also not responsible for incorrect text or photo information that is sent to execute a design or project. Absent text or photo information that is sent by the client while the design is active or after the design is complete  will require additional fees in order to add. Incorrect text or photo information that is sent by the client in order to execute a design or project will require additional fees in order to make adjustments and corrections. 

The client should send any and all necessary text or photo information so that the designer may begin working on the design or project. The client has seven days from the start date to send any and all relevant information for their design or project to be executed. If any of this information is sent after the seven day period, additional fees will apply, unless an agreement has been made between the client and designer. The client is expected to be respectful of the designer's schedule, having all of their information prepared prior to the start of a design or project. 


Designs and projects are abandoned if there is no communication from the client for 14 days or more after the design or project has been started, and is active. Renewal of the active design or project after these 14 days will require a renewal fee. The renewal fee is due on the date of renewal. Furthermore, if the client fails to communicate 14 days after renewing the design or project, a second and final renewal fee will be due. If the client does not wish to continue, there will be no renewal fee and the design or project will be terminated and discarded (effective immediately). 


A completed design or project that has not been retrieved by the client is also abandoned 14 days after the date of the design or project's completion. If the client decides to retrieve the design or project after this 14 day period, a late fee will be required in addition to any payment that is still due for the creation of the design or project itself. If the client does not wish to continue, there will be no late fee or remaining balance and the design or project will be terminated and discarded (effective immediately). 


Any events that cause injuries or other losses resulting from such events that cause the designer to fail to perform based on the concepts of impossibility or impracticality are Acts of God. Events that are outside human control or any other natural disasters will result in design or project delays. Due to any unforeseen circumstance, the design or project will be completed by the designer as they are able to complete it.

CMH Art & Design has the right to refuse providing services to anyone due to a lack of interest. Thank you.
